BridgePort - Hop Czar Cascadian Dark IPA

Here’s your very first look at the next version of Hop Czar coming from BridgePort.  Looks like our pal Jeff Edgerton has a dark IPA up his sleeve for this version and this Cascadian Dark IPA will be packaged in 7.5% ABV and come in at 7.5% ABV.  This beer uses Midnight Wheat as well as Northwest Goldings and Crystal hops in the boil and Centennial and Cascade hops in the hop jack to bump it up to 85 IBU.  Stay tuned for release details.
