Summit is pleased to present Serenity Pale Ale, a collaboration beer brewed with help from our friends at the Parasole Restaurant Group. Beki Del Greco won an in-house homebrew competition among Parasole employees. The prize - brewing a pilot system scale batch of the beer for special release events at some of the group's restaurants.
