The Lagunitas Brewing Co. has officially wet its whistle bottling beer in Chicago.
The Petaluma, Calif.-based company fired up its bottling operation in Douglas Park for the first time Friday after a celebratory toast of the company's flagship beverage, India Pale Ale.
