Here’s your first look at a new beer coming from DeProef in collaboration with Chicago’s Windy City Distributing. This beer is a Chicago-inspired saison, brewed with raspberry juice and fermented with Brettanomyces yeast. Fifth Star will be package din 750ml bottles and kegs and come in at 6.5% ABV.
