Today we get to see the packaging for Side Project Brewing Saison de Rouge. This beer is a dry-hopped red Saison that uses 100% Brettanomyces fermentation and it was fermented and aged in wine barrels. Saison de Rouge will be packaged at Perennial Artisanal Ales in 750ml bottles and come in at 7% ABV.
