In two weeks, two reinvented hundred-year-old buildings in Liberty will open their garage doors as the city's first brewpub.
Co-owners Gene DeClue and Dan Hatcherplan to open their joint venture, Rock & Run Brewery, at 100 E. Kansas St. on Dec. 18.
The name incorporates the co-founders' background: DeClue has been a musician for 20 years with his band, Cherry Bomb, while Hatcher has been running marathons for the last 35 years.
