No groundhogs were harmed in the making of this beer…..today we have Carolina Brewing Groundhog Imperial Stout as it hits 12oz bottles. This beer will come in at 9.5% ABV and we’ll have to wait until February to see if Groundhog Imperial Stout sees it’s shadow or not.
