Here’s a really interesting new brew coming from 3 Fonteinen called Golden Doesjel. This beer is an old lambic beer aged in oak but it is actually a blend of one, two, three and four year-old lambics that are all fermented with wild yeasts. Doesjel translates from Flemish as “Snoozer” because the wild younger yeasts inexplicably when dormant. Golden Doesjel will be packaged in 12.7oz bottles and come in at 6% ABV.
