This week Chad brings us Jam Saison, a Belgian take on our staple Pale Ale Jam Session. We took a portion of our latest Jam Session batch and fermented it using Saison yeasts to give it a drier taste, with rich, spicy Belgian esters. It'll also be slightly more alcoholic than Jam Session at 5.5%ABV. Come in to our tap room this Tuesday and grab a glass!
