A quick peek inside the walls courtesy of Jolly Pumpkin as they prepare their “secret ingredient” for the Anchorage Brewing co-Brew. The beer is underway today and since that looks like grapefruit….I’m guessing Grapefruit Saison. 
The beer will be named Calabaza Boreal Saison and it will be a big batch (100bbl)
