Here’s a photo and some details from Allagash Brewing on a new beer they are currently fermenting called Tiarna. This beer will be a 100% Brett fermented Pale Ale in French oak barrels blended with a Saison fermented in stainless. This beer will be bottled tomorrow (10/11) so stay tuned for release details.
