It’s not much to see, but I thought you’d want a peek at the keg label for Surly El Hefe Negro Beer. This beer is a black wheat beer that will use Mexican cone sugar as well as Bavarian Weizen yeast and as if that’s not enough fun, it will also be dry-hopped. Stay tuned for more details.
