The Akron brewery, located on Grant Street near the University of Akron, is busy rehabbing and adding a roof onto an adjacent building that will be used for storage.
“Down the road, maybe tanks, bottling,” co-owner John Najeway said Monday. “It’s sort of a clean palette to decide how to use that space.”
