A new microbrewery has been added to Eastern Iowa’s growing craft beer scene.
Big Grove Brewery opened Thursday in Solon after more than two years of preparation and planning. The microbrewery is a collaboration between Faye and Matt Swift — the mother-and-son owners of North Liberty’s Reds Alehouse — along with John Swift and managing partner Doug Goettsch.
