Allagash Begins Brewing New Long-Term Wild Peach Sour

Just a peek inside the walls of Allagash Brewing today as they post some pictures of the beginning of a new brew.  According to Allagash, this new peach sour will have 3,000-pounds of peaches in it and as they loaded the peaches in, they commented that it will be in the tanks for a “LONG time.”  Look for this beer to use wild yeast….so stay tuned.
