Today we get to see another label from the White Birch Brewing Apprentice Series of beers. This beer is called Emily and it’s an IPA designed and brewed by Apprentice Brewer Paul Lemoi named after his daughter Emily. This beer uses Magnum, Centennial, Chinook & Cascade hops, it will be package din 22oz bottles and come in at 6.5% ABV.
