Today we have the 750ml bottle label coming from Rodenbach for their Limited Edition Caractere Rouge. This ale with cranberries, raspberries & sour cherries is aged in oak vats. Caractere Rouge roughly translated to “character red” and it’s a result of 6-months of maceration of fresh fruit and 2-years of barrel aging. Look for Caractere Rouge to come in at 7% ABV.
