The company, Kikkerfrosch LLC, is seeking to develop a 20,000-barrel capacity brewery to produce a fresh, German-style lager.
Michael Politopoulos, the man planning to build the brewery, appeared yesterday at a public meeting of the Orange County Industrial Development Agency.
