From the Des Moines Register:
The Ankeny City Council voted unanimously Monday to sell the property at 716 S.W. Third St. and a portion of the property at 206 S.W. Maple St. to FireTrucker LLC for $47,000.
Dan Heiderscheit with Firetrucker Brewery showed the council concept designs of the proposed building. The taproom is expected to open in the spring of 2014.
