Here’s an exciting new brew and series coming from Brewery Ommegang. Today we get to see the Brewmaster’s Obsession Series Wild At Heart American Wild Ale. This beer uses all Brettanomyces yeast in primary fermentation as well as Motueka & Topaz hops. Wild At Heart will be package din 750ml bottles and come in at 8% ABV.
