Today we get to see Westbrook Brewing Bearded Farmer Series # 3 “Thomas.” This Saison-style ale uses Pilsner & Munich malts with Wakatu, Motueka & Pacific Gem hops, and it is fermented with a single strain of French saison yeast. Look for Thomas to be packaged in 750ml bottles and come in at 7.5% ABV.
