Troegs Flying Mouflan Available Today - No Bottles This Year

Some good and bad news coming from Troegs today as they release one of my favorites, Flying Mouflan.  The beer is available on tap beginning today, however due to the commissioning of their new packaging line, Flying Mouflan will NOT be bottled this year…draft and growler-only!

    What exactly does that mean? I'm not sure what "the commissioning of their new packaging line" even means, or why it means it can't be bottled. Sorry if I'm an idiot, was just curious.

    I simply means their new bottling line for 22oz bottles will not be ready in time to bottle FLying Mouflan this year. Beer releases typically follow a schedule to maximize brewhouse and fermentation tank space. Once the beer is ready, it's ready whether the bottling is or not...therefore it will be draft & growler only in 2013
