Olde Mecklenburg Brewery has purchased a 25,000-square-foot warehouse between Charlotte's South Tryon Street and Yancey Road, where it plans to relocate and expand its operations early next year.
OMB purchased the former American Crank Shaft warehouse, which sits on 3.5 acres, for $1.4 million. The brewery also bought an adjacent, wooded 5-acre property for $564,500.
