After ten years at Flying Fish Brewing, head brewer Casey Hughes is leaving New Jersey’s biggest craft brewery for Florida. Hughes has recently overseen Flying Fish’s move from its original Cherry Hill location to its much bigger Somerdale brewery.
In Florida, Hughes plans to start his own brewery. The Garden State’s loss is certainly the Sunshine State’s gain.
