Today we're releasing our Threesome, modeled after the Westmalle Tripel, which is known as the mother of all Belgian Tripels. The star of this beer is the Belgian strong ale yeast, which was derived from the actual Westmalle brewery, which lends a clean, assertive flavor and aroma reminiscent of both fruit cocktail and Juicy Fruit gum.
