In February 2013, Surly Brewing released a new seasonal, Pentagram, a 100% Brett beer. Head Brewer Todd Haug talks about the new beer and Surly's artist-in-residence, Michael Berglund, talks about Pentagram's artwork.
We also get info in this video that Surly will keep their existing location after they move to a new brewery, keep the brewing system in place and add barrel storage.
