This is keg-only so far, but I thought you’d want a peek at some of the new brews our pal Brett Porter has coming from Goose Island.  Today we have Sofie Paradisi.  This appears to start with Goose Island Sofie with 60% aged in barrels with grapefruit peel and juice and 40% ale.  Look for Sofie Paradisi to come in at 6.7% ABV.

    Great beer! You can taste the Sophie and the grapefruit gives a distinct tartness. Not a full blown sour by any means. Just nice and smooth with a great finish.
