Today we have an interesting new brew from Stillwater Artisanal Ales called Classique Post Prohibition style ale. Classique starts as Stillwater “Premium” however the beer is fermented without Brettanomyces yeast. This Belgian-style Pale Ale comes in at 4.5% ABV.
