Here’s the first release in a new series of beers coming from White Birch called the CBC Difference Series. This series of beer honors Suzanne & Kate of Craft Beer Cellar (CBC) for their work to promote White Birch and craft beers in general. Touch of Rye Ale is a Belgian-style wheat beer that uses flaked rye in the malt bill and lactobacillus in the primary fermentation. Touch of Rye Ale is a small batch brew (72 bottles), it will be package din 750ml bottles and come in at 4.1% ABV.
