Here’s your first look at an upcoming Brewhouse Rarities release from Flying Dog. This one is simply called Gruit--ale brewed with her & flowers. A Gruit is traditionally a beer that pre-dates the use of hops, so herbs were used for flavoring and bittering. This Gruit will come in at 6% ABV.
According to Flying Dog, Gruit will be the last Brewhouse Rarities release for 2012 and it will be coming to draft lines in MD & DC soon.
