Here’s a peek at the first label from Evolution Craft brewing for a new sour series of beers called Nouveau Rouge. This is NO. 1 and it is a sour red ale that pays tribute to the sour ales of Flanders, it will be packaged in 750ml bottles and come in at 6.3% ABV and 40IBU. Nouveau Rouge No 1 will be released in January 2013. This label was subtle updated on 1/10/2013 to add “Nouveau Rouge Ale” at the bottom.
