Today we have the barrel-aged version of Arcadia Ales Imperial Stout and Cereal Killer Barleywine. Both brews are aged in oak bourbon barrels and both will be packaged in 12oz bottles. Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout will come in at 12% ABV and 90 IBU and Barrel-Aged Cereal Killer will come in at 12% ABV and 70IBU.
