Phantom Canyon Brewing Company will begin work this week on a brewery extension at the north end of its building.
The 1,200-square-foot addition to the building, which should be finished by March, will double Phantom’s brewing capacity as well as grow its business operation.
The building addition will be topped with a second-floor outdoor patio and will offer the restaurant extra dining space on the first floor, General Manager Heather Robinson said.
The added brewery might also mean Phantom Canyon’s beer will soon be available in other restaurants and businesses.
