Here’s a peek at Evolution Craft Brewing’s new Menagerie No 8 Dark Belgian Style Ale. Menagerie No 8 is an ale brewed with wildflower honey, and Belgian candi sugar and if that’s not enough, this beer is also aged in Red Wine Barrels. Look for Menagerie No 8 to be packaged in 750ml bottles come in in at 9.5% ABV. The Menagerie Series of beers are typically one-off specialty brews that are typically oak aged and typically blended beers.
