Just this little snippet & photo coming from Dogfish Head today: Bye ole brewpub system. You served us well for 15+ years. New system (actually a bit smaller) will be in soon….we’ll post pics. Our new brewpub system will allow for better scalability from the brewpub beers to Milton brewery sized batches (and vice versa). 
We pulled the brewing system that we've used for the past 15+ years out of the brewpub today. We're 'upgrading' to a smaller system that will more closely mirror the system we have in Milton and allow for better small-to-big & big-to-small recipe transitions. The former system is going into storage for the time being. Thanks for serving us so well!!!
For those asking…the old system will be placed in storage for now.
