Brasserie Trois Dames is located in the Swiss town of Sainte-Croix. It is owned and run by Raphaël Mettler, and is named in honor of the women in his life; his wife and two daughters.
Mettler sat down for an interview while in the United States to attend THE FESTIVAL in Worcester, MA.
