More exciting fresh hop news..this time from Surly:
The word on WET from Todd Haug, Surly's head brewer: We are brewing WET with Simcoe this year. We are expecting them on Thursday and are planning on bringing ultra fresh casks (tea bagged with wet hops) of WET to Minnesota Craft Brewer's Guild's Autumn Brew Review. Cans and kegs will be out around Sept. 24...
