No idea what beer these are ultimately heading for, but it’s my hope our pal Terry Hawbaker has a fresh hop IPA up his sleeve @ Pizza Boy…..stay tuned.

50#'s of FRESH simcoe hops + 4.5 hl of beer = WTF! I just hope I left enough room for the beer...
From Al:
Fermenter was FULL of fresh hops for our "Sunset over Yakima" black IPA. 50lbs of simcoe in 120 gallons of beer.
Update: Terry is promising no less than THREE Harvest Beers this year.
