Deep Ellum will be releasing another new brew. This time it’s called RockToberfest and it’s a Steinbier. This beer is brewed with an ancient technique that uses heated rocks dropped directly into the wort. RockToberfest is Deep Ellum’s fall seasonal, it’s technically a Sticke Alt style and it will come in at 7.5% ABV. RockToberfest will be packaged in kegs only with limited distribution in the Dallas, TX area.
