Here’s another new brew coming from the White Birch Apprentice Series called Broustaris Historical Scotch Ale. Broustaris will be packaged in 22oz bottles and come in at 8.9% ABV and it was brewed by apprentice Beth Eisenberg who named it after the Scottish word fro Women brewer…”Broustaris.”
