I’m still a little skeptical but after some of the chatter last night at the Oskar Blues tap takeover, I’m beginning to think this newsletter piece from Oskar Blues may be true…and I love the Cheech & Chong reference:
Head Brewer Dave Chichura decided it was time to brew a beer in his own name, and so we have “Dave’s Pale Ale.” This beer is an utterly sessionable American pale ale. Old-school hopping with Columbus and Cascade along with a grain bill that includes Munich malts and rolled oats make this unfiltered ale the perfect summer refresher. Your lawnmower beer just got a hop injection!
