Luciana is a beer from the Goose Island Clybourn "Chef Collaboration Series" with Dirk Flanigan of The Gage. The beer is a Dark Smokey Saison brewed to pair with the many rich gamey meats on The Gage menu.

Allium Roses is a beer from the Goose Island Clybourn "Chef Collaboration Series" with Kevin Hickey of Allium. The beer is a Belgian-Style Dark Ale brewed with dried tangerine peel, vanilla and star anise to pair with Chef Hickey's cuisine.
Fiona is a beer from the Goose Island Clybourn "Chef Collaboration Series" with Greg Biggers of Café des Architectes. The beer is a German-Style Hefeweizen using Pale Malt and Wheat to create a complex yet palatable beer which will pair perfectly with Chef Greg's Lamb Burgers at the Green City Market BBQ.
