We saw the 2011 version of Terrapin / Shmaltz Brewing Reunion Ale…..back then it was cocoa, vanilla & Chili peppers….and now in 2012 it’s cinnamon, cocoa & vanilla. The 2012 Version is also package din 22oz bottles, but for 2012 it’s bumped up from 7.6% ABV to 8% ABV. The charity is the same and once again this yearly co-brew is created in honor Virginia MacLean. In 2011 this beer was hot, and for 2012 it looks to be sweeter. Can’t wait to try it.
