Here’s a quick photo courtesy of Allagash Brewing showing the beginning of the mash-in for the De Molen collaboration today. The beer will be a Tripel using Cherrywood smoked malt (lightly smoked) and Chouffe yeast. The photo above shows Menno & Jason Perkins and the photo below speaks for itself.
