Here’s the next release in the Avery Barrel-Aged Series. Up today we have release No 12….Oud Floris Barrel-aged Sour Brown Ale. This new brew will be packaged in 12oz bottles and come in at 9.53% ABV. According to the label this brew will be limited to 225 cases and it was packaged last Friday 4/6. Oud Floris is 67% Ale aged in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels, 17% ale aged in bourbon barrels, 8% ale aged in rum barrels & 8% ale aged in chardonnay barrels….quite a blend so it should be interesting to sample.
