Here’s a great new co-brew from New Belgium & Elysian Brewing called Pink Peppercorn IPA. This Ale brewed with Pink Peppercorns is part of the Trip Series of small batch brews and this one sounds really interesting. This 7.5% ABV IPA was brewed & package din 22oz bottles @ New Belgium. “When 2 breweries set off to make great beers together, the end journey is the beginning of every new trip.
