I know these are never likely to make it to the light of day, but I really love getting a peek inside what’s going on at Boulevard Brewing and today we have the keg-only release for Test Saison-Noir. It’s 8.75% ABV and I suspect it is a Saison aged in wine barrels but stay tuned for further details.
