So let me know who decides to give it a try…As the title says, here’s the recipe for Troegs latest scratch system brewed Triple Mango IPA.

    Convert to 5 gallons as follows:
    Maris Otter - 16.26 lbs
    Crystal 80 - .4 lbs
    Carafoam - .47 lbs
    honey -.81 lbs
    cane sugar - .67 lbs
    mango puree - 1.61 lbs


    Hops:
    Simcoe @ 88 = .43 oz
    Columbus @ 88 = .59 oz
    cascade @ 88 = .95 oz
    nugget @ 80 = .38 oz
    simcoe @ 0 = .75
    columbus @ 0 = .81 oz
    columbus DRY = .86 oz

    I brewed this recipe but changed the hops and it turned out fantastic! 10.5% is a little wicked though...
