Under the category of “I could not possibly make this up,” I bring you serious beer news (and YES I know I just posted Intercourse Brewing!). Back in Nov 2010 I brought you news of Boner Beer Sun-Kissed Wheat being contract brewed at our very own Lion Brewery. Jump forward and it looks like the original founders of Boner Beer are suing their CFO Wayne Wang (again I could not possibly make this up!) and CEO Robert Lesch for fraud and misuse of the company's funds. As if all of this word-play isn’t fun enough, you’ll be giddy to know that the original company name is Van der Bonerbosch Brewing Co….again I could NOT make this up.
