Looks like Genesee is again planning out a visitor center (originally started in 2008) in the Cataract St area near the High Falls area. Unfortunately the plans call for the demolition of a 110-year old structure at 13 Cataract St (the old brewery building)..which has drawn some criticism from local residents. Update 1/20/2012: Approval form the zoning board will allow the 100-year-old brewhouse to be torn down. More details can be found here.
